Payment Plans
We offer payment plans on animals over $250 not including shipping. Terms of the plan are 25% payment down and 1 month to pay off the remainder.
LIVE ANIMAL SHIPPING & GUARANTEE
We ship Fed Ex overnight to the shipping address provided during checkout. You must contact us after placing your order to set up a suitable shipping date. All geckos come with a Live Arrival and 7 day health guarantee * Conditions apply.
Health Guarantee: This is something we offer to cover you in case of any issue directly related to the animals health. the animal needs to be deemed to have been kept in proper conditions: (food, water, housing, temperature, humidity) in order to qualify.
Tail drops are not covered by the shipping policy or the 7 day health guarantee.
We ship on Tuesdays, and Wednesdays only. We will hold animals during periods of poor weather, for any amount of time necessary and at no charge to the customer. We do not issue refunds in the event we cannot ship due to the weather.
We Prefer to ship to Fedex Hub Locations and encourage you to do so also for the most safe option for your animal.
BUYERS RESPONSIBILITIES
It is the responsibility of the buyer to contact us by private message or email after placing an order to determine the most appropriate day for shipping and to provide us with any additional information we may need.
It is the buyers responsibility to be at the home address at time of the animals arrival if choosing home delivery.
If the animal is being shipped to a hub the animal must be picked up within 3 hours of arrival.
In case of a DOA (Dead on arrival) buyer must notify the seller within one hour of the animal being delivered to the home or one hour after picking the animal up from the hub. Without notification to seller within one hour they will not be liable for refund or replacement.
